A “Big Success” at 2024 Tokyo Big Sight Lighting Fair
MR. PHOTON recently completed a successful show at 2024 Japan Lighting Fair held in Tokyo Big Sight. This event is one of the largest comprehensive lighting exhibitions in Japan, ran from March 12th to March 15th.
The lighting fair was organized by Japan Lighting Manufacturers Association and Nikkei, Inc. and hosts 70 total exhibitors, 100 total booths, and more than 70,000 visitors. This was MR. PHOTON’s first year displaying at the lighting show in Japan.
“It was a good event and generated a lot of interest,” said Dr. Leon Chou, founder of MR. PHOTON. “We networked with other companies and unveiled several new products for the Japan market.”
MR. PHOTON’s sales team gave demonstrations of products such as LED and OLED light fixtures. Products displayed in the company’s booth included the Anti-Glare “BAR Series” Lamps, Exchangeable Lens “OPTIC Series” Lamps, and Low Cost/Good Value “Focus Series” Lamps. New products for the Japanese market included MR. PHOTON’s OLED “Transform Series” Desk Light featuring low blue light hazard, high lumen/CRI, anti-glare, non-flickering under camera, 5 steps dimming and chic slim & foldable design.
“It was very rewarding to share our products that have been retrofitted with compatibility for uniquely Japanese designs,” said Dr. Chou. “There was also increased interest in OLED lighting. The emphasis of the Fair was more on human-centric lighting with ease of use rather than on efficiency. Our products offer both.”
MR. PHOTON’s looks forward to showcasing even more innovative OLED/LED products at future tradeshows and events, including the upcoming 2024 Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), which will be held from OCT 27th to OCT 30th, 2024.
